The practice
Three disciplines. One buyer: the trial firm.
Each one stands alone. Most matters use two of them, and the best ones use all three.
LSLitigation Support
Trial presentation, demonstratives and courtroom technology
Trials are won in front of a jury, and what the jury sees is a design problem as much as a legal one. I build the visual case, including opening and closing presentations, demonstrative exhibits, synchronized video and the courtroom systems that run them. Then I sit in the hot seat while counsel tries the case.

DFDigital Forensics & Investigations
Examination, preservation and analysis of digital evidence
Evidence that cannot be explained cannot be used. I acquire, preserve and examine digital evidence under documented chain of custody. I write the findings so that a judge, a jury and opposing counsel can all follow how the conclusion was reached, including the parts that do not help.

ITLegal IT & Security
Infrastructure, practice systems and security for law firms
Law firms hold other people’s most sensitive material on infrastructure nobody in the firm has time to think about. I design, build and secure that infrastructure, from the practice management system attorneys live in to the network underneath it. Then I test it the way an attacker would, before someone else does.

The record
Sixteen years, on paper.
Every item here is something someone else created, signed, paid or can confirm.
I built my first computer at nine. For sixteen years I was the IT consultant and engineer behind Los Angeles trial firms, and from 2020 I carried that into digital forensics and cyber intelligence, reconstructing what happened from data and presenting it so a jury can follow.
